Home Visits & Dog Walking

Minimum 72 hours cancellation notice required. A £10 cancellation fee will be applied to each booking which is cancelled with less than 72hrs notice.

Minimum 7 days notice required. A £15 cancellation fee will be applied per day if less than 7 days notice given. Full payment will be required for failure to show.

Terms and Conditions

Hire must be paid for via the online booking system. This is an automatic acceptance of our terms and conditions.
You consent to being contacted via email prior to arrival to provide you with your unique entry code. Please make a note of this.
All dogs MUST be kept on a lead until you have entered your allotted area. Dogs must also be on a lead before you leave your allotted area.
Keep gates closed at all times.
Paws & Play reserves the right to deny entry if we deem necessary.
Please respect our neighbours and discourage your dog from excessive barking. Do not allow your dog to dig unless it’s in the sandpits.
Please ensure that you clean up after your dog. There are dog poo bins provided in both enclosures.
Any damage or breakages should be reported immediately by calling or texting the mobile number below.
A maximum of 3 dogs are permitted per slot from the same household. Dogs from mixed households are not permitted.
Cancellations can be made online up to 48 hours before your booking time & a full refund given. Cancellations after this time period or ‘no shows’ will be charged in full.
Visitors must leave promptly at the end of their allotted time slot in order to allow the next booking to start on time. Any person/s not vacating the enclosures on time may be charged for an additional slot.
Dogs must be up to date with their vaccinations and kennel cough before booking online.
Use of the agility equipment and any toys are at your own risk. We accept no responsibility for any injury.
Never leave your dog unattended in either enclosure.
We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to your vehicle or its contents whilst on site.
We accept no responsibility for you or your dog whilst on site.
CCTV is in operation on site.

Any person/s deemed not to be adhering to the terms & conditions may be asked to leave the premises.
